Just a little something I wrapped up in ... probably ten hours of work tops? Maybe 15?

You play as the AI behind the classic candy-matching game. How long will it take you to trap the player in an unwinnable state?
Click or drag over empty spaces to fill them with candy. Press the middle bottom button to advance the game.

the concept for this is insane
like insane in a good way
Thank you!
Some quick feedback from a fellow game jammer:
Glow (What you did well)
1. Interesting concept.
2. Amazing use of art, music, and crunchy SFX. It definitely fulfils the jam's theme (Candy)
3. I couldn't code this. :P (This means you probably know what you are doing)
Grow (What you could do better)
1. I didn't understand what my goal was until I read the descript. Before then, I thought the goal was to clear the screen.
2. The default Godot UI makes it look a bit prototypey.
3. The music cuts out at some point and doesn't loop.
Thank you for crafting this game. Keep it up!
Thank you for the feedback! :D
It's still hopefully not too late for me to fix points 1 and 3, but point 2 is too much for me now. (and this more/less is a small prototype for me, to help me get back into gamedev)
Yea. No problem!
The changes are up. Hopefully it works this time...
Also published my github repo (thought it was public already) and linked it.
Feel free to take a look!
